But I only ever use it to bake banana bread which has a strong taste as it is. As you can see, I'm a lazy cook, anything that makes my life easier, I latch onto. I really hated the rigmarole of lining the baking tin so this bakeware is ideally suited to me! Or maybe I just have a crap sense of taste but I haven’t noticed any plastic taste thankfully. I bought the T-Fal one and couldn't get over how everything had a plastic-y taste to it. I actually threw it out... couldn't stand that it altered the taste! Maybe I need to try Dunnes!
