Mango accepted a payment of 141.74 EUR for 13 items on the 8th of December. But when we've received the package, there were just 5 items with the value 52.14 EUR + dispatch 23 EUR. We've been writing many letters to them, but not Mango or Mangooutlet answered us. Now it's 13th of January 2012 and still we have not a word from them. It is so unpleasant such an attitude. I've started a petition over on my blog to try and get more fashion outlets to do the same. TopShop in the UK have the free delivery threshold set at £100 which I think is ridiculous. I have major beef with Amazon - as they continue to charge shipping since moving their warehouse to Dublin. So the UK people continue to get free shipping, but we have to pay UK shipping charges although it should work the other way around. Bastards! ;-) Am off to look at Mango now!
